Breathwalking at the North Sea

Breathwalking by the sea is something very special. The wind, the salty air, the different breathing patterns during the walk are a feast for your lungs.

Each breathwalk starts with a small yoga session to get you in the mood for this class. You start with normal walking and meanwhile scan your body: how is your posture, how sure is your step, how is your middle and how does your head sit on your shoulders. Everything without judgement. And then it starts: Certain breathing patterns in alternation with normal walking ensure a kick of freshness that will carry you for a long time. The class closes again with light yoga exercises and at the end a wonderful meditation. This is breath walking! Alkaline food and many small relaxation exercises will make you come home light as a feather.

Course Instructor: Ute Wagner

As a trained relaxation coach, stress management trainer, coach and alkaline fasting consultant, I have reconnected building blocks and designed an active break for the body, mind and soul. I've been fasting myself since 2000 and know about the long-lasting feeling that these few days off give me. I would like to share this with the respective groups. The programs are never static: my wish is that you come home and feel like you are in heaven. I look forward to you all!

Double as single room:

All rooms in the Haus am Watt are double rooms, which you can also occupy as single rooms, for which we charge the specified surcharges. In the "own bathroom" option, you get a double room as a single room with your own bathroom. In the "shared bathroom" variant, you move into a "half" two-room apartment (own, separate double room as a single room) and share the bathroom with another person who lives in the other room in the apartment.
